Do the prices for healing services randomly change?
Just yesterday i checked the price for healing in the temple in exile and it was like 1 gold piece for Heal- i thought to myself "That's odd! If there was someone you wanted to kill in this temple you could so easily flee when you were low on health and then use the heal services here. I wonder If there is any evil that needs to be vanquished in this temple?"
Then today i got the plague and visited the temple to take advantage of an inexpensive heal and it was 7 platinum! Just wondering why.

The power of the heal spells from NPC priests scale with the level of your character, as does the cost. More powerful costs more. It's cheap for lowbies, ungodly expensive for high level.
