Question: Does constitution effect the long term HP of a character? Or in other words if I max CON straight out of the creation portal will my character have more HP at 50 then if I were to wait till expert to max my CON?

No. Dulrik has previously stated that additions to CON cause a retroactive addition to HP (similarly with WIS and Mana, and I guess CON and Move); in other words, there is no need to prioritize any stat to take advantage of "early levels."

So HPs can just be added to when you increase your CON? The system doesn't have to 'reroll' your HPs does it?
What about Charisma bonuses?
Thanks

I would suggest training charisma at the lower levels, if you are going to use it, because its bonus to +XP will be good even at lower levels.

No, your HP will max out at the same.
