If you put trains into mana or put them into wisdom, which one in the end will give you more mana for your buck?

It depends at what level you're spending the train.

At lower levels, it will seem like a bigger percentage increase to train mana, but at higher levels, WIS may provide a larger "percentage" increase.

I think, anyways. Pretty sure that's how it works.

I'm almost positive that WIS, like STR, gives exponentially increasing benefits. Going from 10 to 11 WIS, for example, probably gives less mana than one mana train.

Going from 24 to 25 WIS, however, probably gives more mana than one mana train.

Keep in mind that I'm speaking from pure conjecture.

Wisdom affects saves against some spells, mana does not. Keep that in mind when picking where to put your stats, and I personally always max wisdom before even considering mana.

Beat me too it. Because, with all my casters, I noticed a bigger benefit, long term, by maxing mana.

That's what I meant by my post above of 'why id pick wis anyways'.
