I was wanting to know if I use a two-handed weapon would I still be able to parry? |

You should keep in mind that there are some weapons that can't parry or be parried, it depends on the weapon type not whether it is one or two handed. |

More specifically, while you can parry with (most) two handed weapons, your chances of parrying depend on your speed and accuracy: two things that two handed weapons are generally poor at. So you will parry, just not nearly as much. sleeper |
