Necros have been watered down in the last few years so much their armies have just turned into a large group. (see help file) Just getting on the bandwagon - if you can't beat them, join them.

Perhaps something needs to be done with this ? |

Not 100% sure on this, but I believe the willpower of the original caster is the save for this dispel....so if the caster had a ridiculous amount of willpower, that would explain this . |

It's your saves vs their saves. I generally dispel the best in 1-2 tries. |

It took me about ten tries at Mentor, non-mastered spell. |
