Priests and paladins need a use for charisma. It makes little sense being a distant and yet successful preacher. It also makes little sense to be the standing example of nobility with a charisma score of 8. You'd be lynched! My first idea would be turn undead, but it would have to be for paladins, as grey priests would be like 'wtf' and evil priests would get a control undead which would make them necros and then.. bah. What if charisma could be tied to how strongly you could channel certain spells like holy word or spear of faith? |

Charisma affects order lag and xp. It should be maxed on every character already. |

Bah. My griffarb does fine with repulsive cha. Of course it finds it difficult to make friends but... Who needs friends when your talons tear everything up and you've been training hp since level 1? |

New priest skill called Preach? Affects strength of healing spells. Since Prayer should be alot stronger then magic as they channel the power of their god. It COULD possibly be used for Hellion/Paladin but only for certain non combatant spells as to not be so uber. |

I'd not call it preach. I'd call it holy channel. This is exactly on the concept of what I was thinking. Charisma effecting how well you channel positive energy through you. |
