Supposing someone doesn't use a title that makes their religion obvious. Is using 'who religion' an IC way of finding out who members of your faith are, that would otherwise be unknown to you? Basically is it an OOC mechanic, or an IC esp type thing. For example:
XXXX is a secret member of Thuban's faith and has never told anyone, inside the church or out, that he is a member. (Lets assume Thuban let him into the religion personally). YYYY is a member of Thubans faith and types, 'Who religion", sees XXX and then chats him up talking about the faith.

Is that a legitimate way of finding people in your religion?

If 'who religion' was ooc, it wouldn't only be available to faith members, and you could simply bring up 'who <religion>'.

I like the idea that the Thuban church cannot use who religion. Otherwise, I do not see how it hurts any other religion.

I don't see with all the OOC QQery why Thuban even has a faith.

Why do you people want all the benefits of a religion without any of the responsibilities therein?

I -loved- messing with other faithmembers as a Thubanite they should, of course, have expected it. Serving Lies and Betrayal doesn't somehow make you exempt. And when my character was decieved and betrayed, she counted it as a special blessing.
