I had two ideas recently one being tribunal members should get track. Only right that a tribunal member gets trained to track down outlaws.

Then I had an idea from that. Rather than track, city tracking. This would allow a tribunal NPC to find tracks of anyone in a build up area (not wilderness) law flagged to their nation. This would also find tracks of flying people due to it not just being about the person but the effects they leave behind on their path. This city tracking could even run off the economy in a wealthy place people are more likely to be friendly towards the nations guards.

We dont need it.

Tribunal players arent struggling. Most times when you'd need to find someone you can hear the law NPCs shouting, or the cabal-tribunal channel telling you where the NPCs are being attacked.

And if the one being tracked isnt even attacking, then he shouldnt really be being tracked.
