I think if someone's PE get's down to like 10 PE, they should stop dodging, shield blocking and doing anything that can drop PE, cuz when you get really low PE in the middle of a fight and you need to flee on the next chance you get, if you're still dodging and all that, you're just stuck there until death. I think anything that's going to drop your PE during the fight should be be performed once you hit 10 PE so that people get escape if they need to, otherwise you're just trapped there until you die because you're avoiding attacks when you'd rather be saving energy so that you can run away.

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, it's just not an easy search on the forums.

It's also been a while since I've been stuck in such a situation, so this might have been changed already. I just remember this being the reason I've been avoiding the creation of fighters after my last merc got stuck in the PE death trap. Not that I expect it to happen all the time, I just think it's a good suggestion.
