Can you up the limit on the pole-maces that are sold in Garazul. It seems like they are almost always sold out. It is not like they are over powering, just tanso steel with breaks all the time. |

I'm assuming they were already put in with their max limit, which is obviously reached. I don't think you can change that unless you get Dulrik to change the limit on ALL pole-maces. Edit: With that said, I personally think the limit is fine as it is. |

That is the thing I am not sure they ought to be a limit on them. the people that use them are classes with two attacks a round. They are not an leet powerful wepaon, but them help speed of leveling for noobs? I just think there ought to be more of them. If not those ones. Make some steel ones that are really common or iron ones that have no limit. Like the old mauls in Exile that were removed |

I think the old mauls in Exile violated the new building restrictions on certain weapons, that's why they are gone. The classes that benefit from the options on the pole-mace are the reason that they are limited like they are. You'd have to convince Dulrik with a good, sound argument as to why this should be changed. Helping with the levelling of newbie priests is a start, but I'm not sure it's enough to get it changed. The reason I felt the current limits are fine is that it's possible to level most classes from the top of a mount using other non-reach melee weapons, or even certain class spells. I should know, I did it. It may have taken me longer than I wanted, and I probably died half a dozen more times than I wanted to, but I still managed to do it. Priests get cure spells, the armor spell, and the protection spell, and light armor all to start. That's not half bad, and when all used in combination should offset the fact that they don't have many reach weapons or damage spells. |

Cloth armor, not light armor. |

Uninvested priests start with light armor: leather, scale, bronze, etc. |

I know that they get spells like armor right off the bat but those spells are dependant on level. Really what good is a level one armor going to do. Hrmmm.... Priest have to get up to J-man to get anything half-way decent. I am just saying that pole-mace should be an option for leveling, the way that it currently is, it is only an option for very few people. |

Then that is precisely where we disagree. I think it should be a possible perk, but not an option for everyone. |

Pole maces are good but they are not the be all and end all of priest leveling. Travel in a group (something which the new leveling code has made harder I find). Cure spells vs undead. O all rescue me while mounted. O all taunt. O all bash. Once you get damage spells you dont really need to worry about melee damage any more. Using different tactics might even help you handle a PK situation. |

pole-mace is a limited weapon. That is sheer retardedness. |
