Infravision at apprentice please.

Why can't a knight of hell and darkness and shadow have the means to see in the dark?

So that he needs glowing items in order to prevent him from hiding you silly Muppet  :P

Being the Devil's advocate, Helf Delf can see in dark while only Humans can't.

Still I agree with you.

Just deal with it in the same way every halfling or rogue or scout without racial infravision has to manage.

Rogues and scouts aren't dread knights of death and darkness.

I believe Hellions need infravision.

There's a real reason why 75%+ of all hellions, and all current gm hellions are half-elves.

Giving infravision to hellions isn't a bad idea at all. It'd help balance that out and make humans a bit more doable. Right now I wouldn't be anything but a deep-elf/half-elf because I like hide way too much.

Invis?......I do agree with Infravision...but it always struck me odd that Hellions got both hide AND invis......

Edit: Not to mention the fact that Hellions are supposed to be Honorable...and Hiding and Invisibility doesnt seem to honorable to me

Gosh dang it, shut up, Lockdown. The hellion code is whatever a hellion wants it to be. And hide and invisible are just fine with hellion's rp. If a particular hellion doesn't want to use it, he won't. One of mine never used sneak, preferring to saunter around and announce his presence. Some hellions prefer to lurk in the shadows and scream "boo! Your soul is mine!". There's no one way to rp a hellion. And yes, if human hellions got infravision, I'd probably play one again.

I'd rather see priests have infravision before hellions...

Keep it as it is, it's supposed to be a boon that your race has infravision...

If you want infravision that badly, befriend a scout, join a tribunal or pick a race with innate infra.

This is why it's said that 75% of hellions are helven. You realize, Konge, THIS IS THE FOUNDING ARGUMENT OF THE TOPIC. Why play a human hellion who has a hide/invis limitation when wearing glowing things, and yet NEEDS glowing things to see at night - when you can play a helf hellion, have no problems with hide/invis, and only lose a point of str, and gain a longer life span in the process.

Do priests need infravision AT ALL? No. None of their skills/spells RELY on the absence of glowing items. In fact, they get a spell to MAKE items glow.

Good grief.
