I want to be a marfik priestess with a pet pegasus and call myself peg, and yell out AAAALLLLLLLLL.... or a swash/pirate with a missing leg named peg.

I vote no.


If not for thos kinds of things though, I would love the idea.

But you can do the same thing with four or five letter names, and it makes a lot of sense because a lot of asian (read: zhensh) names are three letters long.

The rest of you who voted no, can I get some reasons?

Three letter names are more likely to be sub sets of longer names or adjectives than four letter names. Also there is more chance of three letter names being repeated frequently.
Also if your not good enough four for letters you just aren't worth training up in the newbi school.
