I got editing access and made some changes to the sheet. I'm planning to invite everyone that has expressed an opinion in this thread. I've left new instructions on the sheet but here they are again:

The range is 1 to 10. 1 = too slow, 5 = just right, 10 = too fast.

If your personal average (bottom of page) is below 3 or above 8, your contribution will be removed.

If for some reason you can't rate a skill, put in N/A.

Use your SK Forum ID for your name.

If you can't follow the instructions, you will end up being removed.
