I want a hellion to cleave someone in half with a khukri(aka a dagger). I'm pretty sure I remember it doing 'cleave' damage.

Edit: I'd add Great-axes to this list. From my experience with having a merc spec'd in great-axe, there's a steel one(not tanso), a flame one(flame sucks and it doesn't even do flaming damage) and then like 3 adamantite ones and a sacred one. I'm not aware of any tanso or mithril great-axes, though I could easily be mistaken. Most of the axes seem to be battle-axes.

Pole-mace is a powerful weapon subtype that will always be grabbed up because they are so limited. Even if we add more polemaces, they are always likely going to be hard to find.

The one in exile was not limited, I did not think? I do not think that people as asking for ones of ada or engery but just ones of steal or TS

There are more than enough great axes in SK, considering how elite the subtype is.

they are like scripted items, the average player is not going to get one. I realize the elite players think it may be a bit over the top, but not being elite or well versed on where things are, I would like to be able to at least lay my hands on a tanso version of some of the nicer sub-types.

I am not talking about scripted items. I am talking about normal great axes that are made from decent materials like mithril. I know several mithril great axes in SK.

And seriously, if you compare great axes to khopeshes, kamas or flamberges(some other elite subtypes) you'll see they are not so rare.

Great axes are fine.

The subtype's almost sole use is for leveling, so just a non-limited, store-bought steel, or even iron, version would fill the gap nicely. Let the solo-minded priests/warlocks fight over the limited supply of good material pole-maces, but let the poor newbies have some to level with.

I was actually sort of serious about pigstickers, there are only like 2 of decent materials I can think of, one is unique and the other is damn near that too. (tanso/mithril nothing better) and hell only like 1-2 worse then that that are like wood/steel.
