Yep. That's what I was referring to, also. I didn't necessarily agree with it, but it was a [REDACTED] time for lightie RP crashing. Don't [REDACTED] with Aludra's ppl, I guess.

We weren't doing any RP crashing.

Heck yes we were. It was said that anyone that wanted to contribute to the vigil was welcome to come, and I wanted to come spread some Thuban-luuurve to the resurrection.

Like Sakhul said, though, even if we WERE there to crash the party we were well within our right to do so. After all, she DID just final strike our cabal a week prior to her imm-sponsored resurrection.

This happened literally ONE league from where an announced RP was happening. It's a pretty easy assumption. Yes, you would have been within your rights, which is why I ALREADY SAID I didn't necessarily agree with the slay.

You do realize that ANY character brought back from a Final Strike has to be Imm-sponsored, right?

Actually, there doesn't have to be an RP that was initiated by other PCs, but you don't get to just come back. The fact that Tiadre went to the trouble of giving it an IC flavor should be the very least of your concerns. Some IMM has to pull the trigger and remove the FS flag. Period.

EDIT:

It was more than a single week after the FS, and I could have had the flag removed and been back to life that same night, for the record. Sometimes, players go to lengths to promote RP. Then you [REDACTED] on them on the forums. :wink:

I had final strike mastered and could advance to lvl 51 with Aldric. My greatest regret is not final striking some group trying to raid losache and instantly reincarnating and then laughing my arse off at everyone.
