That is what SHOULD happen. Like many things that is not what actually happens in practice. Kind of like communism.

What you are describing is an abuse of leadership powers. We try not to allow people who would abuse their powers into a position of leadership but it can happen from time to time. However if we did find someone who was doing that, they'd be kicked from the group, face additional harsh penalties, perhaps even deletion, and any Oathbreaker flags that related from that incident would be reversed.

This is a common misconception. Imms cannot 'remove' the oathbreaker flag. It is there, forever.

it can be removed, with dralan I had it removed to get into the KoS because I left hammer. Unless they just inducted me with the flag.

I'll repeat what Nashira said...

Imms cannot remove the Oathbreaker flag.

I'll also repeat what I said earlier...

An Oathbreaker flag is a permanent part of a character's file. It prevents any mortal from inducting that character into a cabal/tribunal, but imms (at least some of them) can still do so.

Next time, please accept that we do occasionally know what we're talking about.

So what are the IMMs feelings on adding the option for leaders to lockout cabal/tribunal related skills?

I'll pencil that in for 2012.

And the induct/uninduct should not be feasable at all. I don't think it'd be any sort of normal IC circumstance, but OOC abuse. Simply "reversed", in Dulrik's own words. It's a special case, so please do not once again remind us how the flag is not removable.

It's true, the flag is not removable by an imm. To reverse it, I would have to edit your pfile directly. You don't really want me to do this because, who knows, I might be tempted to 'fix' some other values.
