Yeah, just dont cheat. Or have silly descriptions. And make sure all the imm's like you. And make sure none of the imm's have a bad day before logging on. This is definitely the way to solve the issue.

Dude, you are blowing it way out of proportion. I highly doubt you will get a level curse for having a "silly" description. BTW, what kind of "silly" are you talking about? Silly like a clown? C'mon, bro. That is far from what we are talking about here.

I think it is clear that gross violations of the rules (Multiplaying) and terrible, terrible RP (Allikat) are obvious reasons to get a full level curse.

I have been cursed before and I had to /smrik at it because I recovered in less than 20 hours. This was back when I played Ignatas and I got a curse for a vindictive rez on Skillz's griffon barbarian. Skillz was even cool about! Even after I called his mom a b-word.

It's not that big of a deal, JVJ, and anyway, you said this game was depressing anyhow. Why should this affect you?

Multiplaying will actually get you deleted more often than cursed.

It would definitely require a serious offense to warrant a full level curse before, yes. But now apparently the one-tick curse has been changed to a full-level curse. So unless the policy with which curses are handed out, I think that's over the top.

And you're absolutely right, this doesn't really affect me. I'm just sperging out here because the usual outlet for my badposting was down and I stumbled on the announcement thread and was surprised that the playerbase hadn't shown more outrage over this.

It's pretty obvious that the playerbase is scared of condemning this change lest they get put on the "bad list."

I have played this game for fourteen years and i have only gotten one curse and i'm not exactly mr popular with imms. I like this change.

Immortals could have already done infinite amount of curses for penalties previously before this change.

Jinnahra did a bunch on a player who spam enlightened Inidil, Valthanos etc., there was a log of it at the time.
