That'd be perfectly fine with me! I could then laugh at you spending the time to go around and equip all of your guards. Since the majority(and higher level ones, the dwarves) of the Talon mercs come COMPLETELY naked(no weapon either). And the ones that don't come naked die in like 5 hits.

Something tells me DA already has fully enchanted gear to give those guards. Or if he didn't it wouldn't be a big deal to him to spend the next few hours doing nothing but that.

Bad idea. This is a nerf. In my mind it is like this:

charmed priests>percer
lvl 45 barbs+holy word NPCs>trio

which seems balanced to me.

I think that was entirely implicit in my post. Instead of assuming that I'm whining because I don't appear to step into line behind you, perhaps you should stick to the argument at hand.

I'm not in any of these cabals. I have no bias and no reason to make sure one or another gets nerfect or stays the same. Ultimately, I only care about this argument so far as it goes in terms of game balance.

Your post suggested that since one cabal is more overpowered than another overpowered cabal that something only needed to be done with the most overpowered cabal. That's obviously wrong, and since you're pushing away from that argument, I'll back off it.

But the fact is that many other people believe that your cabal does not set a standard for appropriate like you seem to believe it does, tells you that you should take an step back, give cabal-to-cabal dynamics a much more objective look instead of dismissing it out of hand. I'm going to assume that you're not some totally arrogant tool that believes his own opinion is automatically better than everyone else's, despite some evidence to the contrary in the form of that ridiculous "whining" comment.

The word "you" as they taught me in my english lessons(since I'm Greek) applies in plural as well. The last comment wasn't directly to you Seraphiction and only you, but generally those that whine about how the Black Hand is so overpowered without arguments to support their views.

Apart from that, I'll comment a sentence in your post only, where all the meaning is after all.

How do you define what the fine line is and everything above it must wimped while everything below must be buffed? Should every tribunal drop to the power of the Talons? Would people actually bother with tribunals then if the advantages are much less than being in a cabal and get some nifty skills/spells? Should all tribunals be buffed up to the power of GoA or Keepers? Would people actually join cabals then if the power of the cabal skills/spells are not as great as the powers given to them through tribunals?

And Johnix, the difference between the buffs from charmed priests and buffs from a free level 45 healer NPC is small. Too small to actually make the effort done after each reboot to get sorc NPCs and charm the priests worthwhile. I might just start getting tired of having to go through the same annoying process every 2 days, if not more often, without the fear of anyone just walking by the NPCs and cancelling the charms. Who knows? Especially if it will make people stop whining, since most players who understand mechanics said this is the primary advantage of the Black Hand. It would make things more straight forward for the Black Hand to use without having to go through excessive amounts of not needed work to be on par with other tribunals(because if you take the tribunals as is when the game loads after a reboot, even Talons >>> Black Hand).
