I demand that all spells follow physics. In that, they follow Newton's laws. The one I am referring to is that energy cannot be created or destroyed. Due to that, nearly every spell will need to be removed from the game.

What do you mean? When you cast a spell, your ME drops, indicating where the energy for the spell came from. And magical devices store energy.
