To Jerin: Again, how many tribunal buffs are those mentioned that completely negate classes? How many spells are used so often that the actual classes that have them dont even have an advantage? Can you imagine what would happen if sanctuary wasn't brewable anymore? Every class with sanctuary gets their power back. Fighters would think twice about fighting paladins if they didnt also have sanctuary and 20 healing vials. This "distribution" of everything is ruining classes. I firmly believe that if every class had only their skillset and maybe a few minor buffs from tribunals or from their respective cabals this game would be better.

These QQ threads are always made by people who run around in sacred eq spam dying.

Stop trying to [REDACTED] over the people who actually put in the effort to do things like go kill GGI or do the Nightmare Realm.

You and I don't disagree at all, sir. I was demeaning people who call using order tib c buff preparation.

WWs level of prep in terms of IC and nightmare realm are the only true prep.

Sorry, but seriously?

Then you are both dumb.

Who the [REDACTED] brews sanctuary, and trust me, sanc is not stopping a merc/barb from mudstomping a paladin.

This is why you guys are not allowed to start conversations about this stuff.

Jesus christ.

WW: by not screwing you over for your journies many classes are being wimped without even knowing it. Again, how good would a paladin or priest be if sanctuary wasnt readily available? And we wonder why battle-priests are dead? They are dead because everything they have is whored out in vials and they have nothing left to only them. If they had sanctuary and protection and healing and a fighter without giant strength and haste and sanctuary and protection and all those things encountered the priest it would be much better.

P.S. Thanks for the insults, but this is for serious discussion and I make valid points. If you dont agree simply say so, which you did already.

This is dumb.

So incredibly dumb.

I have lost all faith in jerin for ever agreeing with anything you said.

It's not insults, it's a fact.

You're here QQing because the people who put in the effort on their characters to get prepped are better than yours. Battle-priests aren't dead because of vials, that doesn't even make sense. They're dead because that's not wtf that class was designed for.

Removing scripted eq (rofl, or vials, wtf kind of dumb is this) from the game would a horrible move, since it'd give you 0 reason to ever go anywhere. Why go exploring when I can get a suit of great MP diamond in Exile and be as good as joeblow who actually put some effort into his prep!

Since you guys obviously have no idea of how to even begin prepping your character, people do not get sanctuary/protection/etc from VIALS. They get it from stupid-ass sacred armor and herbs.

Sanctuary is a trash example because someone has to start the fight, both people can't have it. Unfortunately I can't fully expound my opinions on my mobile.

Spirit aura is a big example. So are GM examples of haste, sanc, et cetera offered by trib NPCs. High levels of these spells should be an advantage for the casting classes, ie pally or shammy. Walking into a fight with your better-combat-skilled opponent, losing the advantage of things like GM armor and lower level spirit aura negating higher level prot, are big issues that do affect balance between the classes. If you don't agree that it affects balance, you just want to see a page long buff list.

Removing scripted eq is necessary. Sorry. There is no reason a GM merc/barb/swash, with generally better combat skills, should also match the spells the weaker combat classes like pallies and shammies use to find balance in standing up.

Don't try to spout your condescending trash at me, as if I don't understand what prep is. Put your e-penis away and come back to the table with less animosity.

I just find it funny that all the people whining about scripted items are people that never have them, and die constantly.
