I actually like the idea. IRL, its very rare (and when you don't, its usually something small, like a missed parking ticket) that you don't know you have a warrant out for your arrest, and you'll NEVER have an incident in which you won't know your outlawed from a country.

I really like this idea as well, but maybe not telepathically.

It could be implemented in such a way similarly to the other 'outlaw' commands. A person would need to be in front of a judge to execute the command. Then the judge would tell you that you are wanted here and there, and banished here and there in so and so Kingdoms.

But if that is too much trouble having it telepathically works too, I guess. Cabal diplomacy works like that already.

Although I find the idea VERY convinient, I would have to say a big no to it. We keep cutting off things that enhance RP, no need to do so for more and more. Ask a friend to go check on that kingdom if you are outlawed, risk entering the kingdom and then escaping, even the fun things that occur if you are in a group and you have forgotten that you are wanted in a kingdom may stir some (unfortunate some times) RP.

P.S. I still want to stress out that I would oocly be very pleased if that was implemented though :P

Better idea. Add an 'intelligence,' or some form of security firm, or just in general a place (in many different cities, obviously) that will recover information about you, or another character, for a fee -- mainly, where you're outlawed.

Dang it, Juggy. Your argument even makes me want to decide against it.


I like this 'intelligence' idea though. It'd be a fun new thing to play with, for sure.

And do you wanna know why it's rare? Because some cop pulled you over and then started playing hacky-sack with your head in order to jog your memory.

Of course you'll know when you're outlawed, -if you go to the country you're being outlawed in.- I vote a big 'no' on this one, mainly because, as has been said, it only takes away from player interaction, and secondly because it shouldn't be that easy. On the other hand, a command that lets you know if you're banished or not would be nice, since you are supposed to receive a message for that anyway.
