Seems like a good idea, but it woud have to be mentor/masterish level. Would probably have to cost alot of mana too, but since bards don't get meditate or trance I guess it equals out.

This would result in an overall wimp to casters/swashbucklers because deafness would be used far, far more often for fear of someone using this song.

I mean honestly Ardith, are casters so strong right now that you demand they be wimped? You need to get your mind out of the gutter, son. And even if this were put into the game - it would have to only be succesful about 35% of the time and no more.

I actually believe this is a good change, it'll really even out the bard class, considering it needs a bit of a boost.

This is a good counter to mud sexing...

...if a wedding is planned, three bards come in grouped and delete everyone attending.

It would very much discourage those nasty sexxx0rs.
