Yeah, you really aren't.

Just goes to show you are a hypocrite. Thanks for clearing that all up.

2) You do realize you are saying necromancers are fine the way they are without playing one. Do you realize how asinine that sounds? It changes the fact COMPLETELY! You obvioulsy have not spent hours prepping undead only to have them all killed in half a round.

3) Just because my ideas would affect the class you are currently playing doesn't mean they are not good. Sure the ideas do need to be watered down, however in order to make small changes you need to start big.

Both of those facts are completely wrong. First of all, I never said necros are fine. You even quoted me on that. Learn to read.

Secondly, if you're still spending hours prepping undead after the concentration changes, then you're very bad. Very, very bad. The -only- thing that should take a necro hours to prepare, undead-wise, is raising an army of 20 or more, which is impossible now. I will remain on my stance that you have either never played a necro post-changes, or are playing one now and suck at it. You still haven't answered my question as to that.

Finally, I have absolutely no idea why you think that "in order to make small changes you need to start big." That's possibly the most moronic thing I have ever heard. I can't even further comment on that.

And yes, even though I know you are not worth my time, it's my great benevolence that disallows me from letting you think that you are correct. You'll thank me later, once you realize you're an idiot.

I'm thinking that maybe they're just balanced and extremely hard to play, but unless I roll one for myself I've got no idea.

So when you said they were balanced you were saying they are NOT fine? Learn to remember.

Um I count asking priest or sorcs to enchant things for undead as well as what the necromancer is going to wear part of the prep time. It is not impossible to make a group of twenty undead its just unlikely because the necromancer cannot cast all his cool spells. The creating part does not take a long time, its the outfitting part that can take forever, if you had played a necromancer you would have known that.

I did play a necromancer called Ninab. He was created before the concentration change and continued to play afterwards. That was the time when there were two types of necromancers. The control the undead type and the create undead type.

Revolutionary ideas start big and are developed in small steps. Example the car, plane and computer.

:-?
Do you even know the meaning of the word benevolence or thought it was a cool word to use? Until you have played a necromancer who has reached GM, you will be wrong about the mechanics about necromancers.

Ninab was pretty good. He was Everika's mentor for some of the early spells. And yeah, that was a character that crossed the pre-gimp/post-gimp barrier.
