I think it would be cool if there was a gambling code in the game. It might be hard to implement, I'm not sure. I have no idea how to code or how it works. But it would be cool if people could play cards.

As it is now, people can emote playing cards and stuff, but theres no way to stop people from continually emoting that they have the best hand. If there was a shop that sold cards which people could 'deal' and every person playing would get cards and then when its time to show you could 'flip' them and show them.

I think it would be a fun implement to the game. Any thoughts?

BTW, different card games should be involved... Like deal "hold em", deal "5 card', 'deal 7 card', deal 'omaha'...

Or even better. If there was a basement in... say the 5 daggers inn, with gambling tables. Dice, Cards, Roulette etc where you could go and play :)

I would love to see something like that. I am certain that there's similar code for our mud type that could fit in with some slight or major adjustments...

All in all, a little something to spice up the game ;)

There are dice in the game. They are scripted and work like normal dice. Use them and RP your own gambling games already. I don't find more items of this kind implemented a bad idea, though.

Although a good idea, fitting to the Teronian concept; I imagine that there is a lot of programing included and too much scripting over ONE item. Overall it requires a willing immortal with TOO much time in his hands.
