You're probably right. Almost every system that's intended to stop something simply winds up slowing it down. But even that, I'd be gratful for. And it's still hard to imagine making yourself difficult to target, if your targetting alias is determined by the targeter. It completely takes it out of your hands.

This would make the disguise skill actually useful, well the duration is too short but eh. I love the idea, it would take some work as people suggested but the value of rp it would bring to SK would be great. I can see it now:
