So to improve on Rapid Shot, you need to find the fastest bow type you can lay your hands on, and use the fastest arrow type you can fletch.
Then just shoot stuff. Lots of stuff

Use the compare command. You can compare weapons and armor. If you compare weapons, it outputs which is better in three aspects: damage, speed, and accuracy. |
