I was just reading the help file and had to ask one question to make sure......You can only have one weapon for finesse, you can't have several? Is that right?

Finesse applies to any finesse-capable weapon held by a swashbuckler with the skill. The list of finesse weapons is provided, and the skill will work if the swashie is holding one OR two weapons with finesse capabilities, but only with the finesse weapons.

So it's not like weapon specilization?

You can call it a slightly different type of specialization. It was made so the swashbuckler, who only has two weapon types to use, has a better chance in a fight. It makes it harded to disarm the swashi, and makes it possible for them to disarm those who wear non-dagger/sword. Also helps with dealing damage, since single handed swords are usually low damage or slow, it helps find 'chinks' on heavy armor, meaning that with their fast weaker blades they can deal out more damage on heavy armor opponents.

Finesse is automatica as long as you have the skill trained and you're using a weapon on the finesse list. Thus, you don't have to choose a specific weapon to finesse in like weapon specialization.
