This sort of thing requires a major code update. As far as I know, Dulrik doesn't even marginally have the time for that at the moment. We will all be very glad when the announced one goes through. For now though, you might as well stop talking about something that is very, very, very distant future. Assuming it is taken into consideration in the first place.

IB - I'd never have put Talons up there on the list since their NPCs seem really weak. Are there NPCs people don't use or something?

Guardians and Peacekeepers have some awesome NPCs, but they are limited in number.

I never relied on the law NPCs when I was in the Keepers, I think I only used Keeper NPCs in 2 battles ever, and in one of them it actually proved a useful buff because of the rescue script. Outside of that, they have one of the best, if not, the best buff NPCs in the game.

Talons as I recall had a high level giant swashbuckler who is permanently hasted. They also have quite a few buffing NPCs.

Also, I'm not sure what Velvet Hobo is QQing about. The highest level NPC in the Keepers can't be ordered by a griffon, but it isn't going to make a difference in PvP unless you're relying on the buffs. Maybe then I could see a valid point, but just about every NPC is trash. That's fine though, I think the quality of the players should be indicative of the strength of the tribunal, not the ability to wage PvE battles of epic failure.

That swashbuckler is not a giant. My understanding is that he once was, though (before I was playing).

The Hand and Crucible shouldn't ever share even remotely close to the same goal like the Hammer and Peacekeepers do.

Why not? both factions are player run, the goals they have are up to the player in charge.

well. if it ends up happening and MOST tribs/cabs become cabunals, then i would have to say that the ones left out need a ubber buff. its not like the hammer skillset is not one of the best, really of all the cabals they need no help haha.. and why not? Have you ever RP'd with some of the crucies? and some of the northerners? they actually (at least currently) have some similarity, and if that should never happen, OH FIIIIIIYUK beter run run run

I don't know how to say that this just isn't going to happen.

i dont care if it does, or doesnt. You could even disolve the peacekeepers, and just give hammer all the power of law, save for leadership. hah. just putting in my 72 cents.

Like I said the IMMs won't make the changes so it's up to us players. Get leadership in the Keeps and turn the power over to the Hammer. Sure it won't be hard coded but the Hammer not being able to pardon would be the down side.
