I don't see an issue with reloading a hand crossbow with with a dagger in the other hand, since it uses darts. I do with a siege, and a normal one though. I dunno why ammo packs aren't sold either. Seems weird.

I guess I'll have to do some research on crossbow rate of fire since my knowledge on that weapon is sorely lacking though.

Ammo packs would be neat.

The argument against one-handed reloading is kind of nullified by the fact that you can reload with a two-handed crossbow just fine.

Unlike D&D's 6 second combat rounds, we don't know how long the rounds are in SK.

It can be roughly estimated based on the attacks per round skills, as well as the number of rounds that could occur in one IC hour. Def not anything approaching 12-15 mins, which is what it would most likely take to fire and reload a crossbow three to four times.

Each wilderness room is supposed to be seperated by one league. You can WALK from Exile to Teron in around one hour...
Time and SK do not mix well.
