So long as the spam isn't hurting other players, I can't see a reason why not. After all, when you really learn a language, or anything, you practice, and practice, and practice, and though it's a simplification, that's what "read sheet" or 'c armor' a thousand times is. Skills will eventually be learned, and plenty of folks can teach themselves through practice. In the case of learning languages, it just takes time, doesn't give too noticable an advantage in PK, except in particular situations, and doesn't seem to harbor any serious objections from the masses.
