Shattered Kingdoms

Our Rules Manager, Sadr, has gone inactive again. Unfortunately the game needs a more active presence in the rules manager slot. In Sadr's stead, I am promoting Thuban to take over the Rules Manager position. Thuban has a great eye for the letter of the rules and has an eagle eye for spotting people who break them. This has not earned him any fans, but the Rules Manager is not a position that spawns love. Thuban has my respect and full confidence to fill this role.

We all thank Sadr for the good work provided in the past and Sadr is always welcome back when they get more time to participate with the game.
