[Cities help] Sith'a'Niel
 
Sith'a'Niel is the principle city of Ayamao, founded long ago by
descendants of a goddess by the same name.  The Elven city, as it is known,
is located high in the branches of a massive tree with evergreen leaves. 
Some find the city difficult to navigate, but none quite as much as
deep-elves, who are attacked on sight for the threat they pose to the
inhabitants of the kingdom.  Otherwise, all races and souls are welcome
within the city, so long as they keep the order established by the laws of
Ayamao.
